How to create and use webhooks in HelpSpace
Webhooks are requests that are triggered by certain events in your HelpSpace workspace. Every webhook request contains information about the triggered event and the data of the item that has been changed.
Here is a list of available webhook events:
A new ticket has been created.
An existing ticket has been assigned to an agent.
Ticket has been deleted.
Ticket status has been changed.
Tags have been added or removed from a ticket.
A new incoming message has been added to the ticket.
A new outgoing message has been added to the ticket.
A new note has been created.
A new Docs site has been created.
An existing Docs site has been updated.
An existing Docs site has been deleted.
A new article has been created.
An existing article has been updated.
An existing article has been deleted.
A new customer has been created.
An existing customer has been updated.
An existing customer has been deleted.
A new tag has been created.
An existing tag has been updated.
