How to Connect Shopify with HelpSpace
Shopify can be integrated into HelpSpace easily. Customer information like orders will be displayed in the ticket context.
Shopify Sidebar in Tickets
If you connected your Shopify Shop you will see a small Shopify icon on top of the Ticket sidebar.
The Icon indicates to states:
1. Shopify Icon is gray - No Customer found in Your Shop with that email address
2. Shopify Icon is colored - A Customer with that email was found in your Shop
If you click on the Icon you will see the customer details and the latest orders of that customer:

Setup Shopify Sidebar
You can either connect one Shopify shop to all your Channels or connect individual Shops per Channel. Select the Channel you want to use and add the Shopify Store Name and URL. Then click on the "Connect Shopify to HelpSpace" button to start the installation in Shopify.

Install the HelpSpace App in your Shopify Shop
A new Shopify window will be opened and you will be asked if you want to install the HelpSpace App.
Click on the "Install" button to confirm the installation.

After the verification is done, you will see the following screen. You can close this window and return back to HelpSpace.
In HelpSpace you should see that the App is installed now. If not, then just click on the small refresh icon to refresh the status.
